Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Astronath website and mobile app (together, “Astronath” or “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Services and deliverables

• Free astrology tools: kundli, horoscope, matchmaking (Vivah Milan), numerology, Panchang and calendar, muhurat, and dosh information.
• Tara, an AI astrologer you chat with using coins.
• Coin packs and Premium, bought through Razorpay and delivered as digital credit to your wallet.

Results are generated from the birth details you enter and from third-party astrology calculation services. Tara's answers are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with your mobile number, verified through Truecaller or a code sent on WhatsApp.
• Keep your phone and account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information. Birth details you enter are used to produce your results.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse rewards or attempt fraud.

3. Pricing and charges

Current prices are shown on the Pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. The amount charged is the amount shown by Razorpay when you pay. We don't add a convenience fee.

• Coins are a prepaid credit for use on Astronath only. They have no cash value, can't be transferred and can't be exchanged for money except as stated in the Refund Policy.
• The coin price of a Tara message is shown before you send it and may differ with Premium.
• We may change prices, pack contents or the coin cost of features. Changes don't affect payments already completed.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Astronath never sees or stores your full card or UPI details. A purchase is complete only when our server has confirmed the payment with Razorpay; coins are credited after that confirmation.

5. Delivery and availability

Coins and Premium are delivered instantly after confirmation. We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be paused for maintenance, and third-party services (astrology data, AI, payments, messaging) may occasionally fail.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, lawful purposes only.
• Don't copy, scrape, resell or redistribute content without written permission.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Don't misuse rewards, referrals or payments, or create accounts to collect bonuses.
• Don't use Tara to produce unlawful, abusive or harmful content.

8. Intellectual property

The Astronath name, logo, designs, text and kundli formats belong to Astronath or its licensors. You may use your own results for personal purposes. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit the Service's content without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Astrology is interpretive. Astronath provides guidance for informational and spiritual purposes only and does not guarantee accuracy, predictions or outcomes. Nothing on the Service is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; consult a qualified professional for such matters.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Astronath is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on astrological content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through our support and grievance process.
